The situation

Red flag triage comes before full due diligence, while walking away is still cheap

By the time a deal reaches full due diligence, time, fees and conviction have been invested. Red flag triage comes first: a focused, independent look for the flaw that would end the deal anyway.

The work

We look for the flaw that decides the deal

  • An independent view, without a stake in the deal going ahead.
  • The operational questions most likely to be fatal for this company and this thesis.
  • A clear verdict, with the evidence behind it.

The result

A go or a no-go, stated plainly

You receive an independent Go / No-Go operational report. If the answer is go, its findings set the scope for full due diligence. If it is no-go, it can save the capital and the effort.
