We advise at the moments that decide an investment

We engage at inflection points, when governance, transaction complexity or stakeholder alignment determines the outcome. Our work is designed to be read and acted on by boards and investment committees.

We are organised in three pillars that follow the life of an investment: Strategy before capital is committed, Funding to raise capital and lead transactions, and Transition after the deal closes.

Two audiences

Investors and founders receive the same standard of work

We work for venture capital and private equity investors, boards and investment committees. We also work for the founders and leadership teams of the companies they back, when they face a raise, a transaction or a transition. Both receive the same standard: clear scope, explicit decision owners, disciplined reporting.
